Updated version of Visual Styles Multi Pack 4 Windows XP by dgelwin.

Details
-Added a couple extra styles bringing the total to 69visual styles
-About 3 shellstyles per theme for a total of 207 possible theme combinations.
-Removed the uxtheme.dll file
-Patching the uxtheme file is required so you must install the ustheme patch addon in order to use this addon, i left out the patching code for the reason that if by any chance it ever changes you simply download the new uxtheme patch addon and i wont have to update this addon

Just a little suggestion, but perhaps you could include screenshots or links to screenshots of each theme featured.

Oh My Bloddy God, i dont even know where he got most of the themes from, how the hell am i supposed to get screen shots, tell you what if you can find screenshots of the themes, post the link in the thread and ill try add it to the first post.

It would be smart if you add all of the info from the entries file of the AIO uxtheme patch addon. That way no matter what... the users uxtheme.dll gets patched.
