Adobe Flash Player Active X and Plugin -
Svcpack addons and Switchless installers
Note: It seems that from now Adobe made a dual architecture installer
into one single file.
Adobe Flash ActiveX AddOn 11.7.700.169 - OCX - for Internet Explorer
Adobe Flash Plugin AddOn 11.7.700.169 - DLL - for Firefox , Opera and Netscape
[plugin cab]
filename=Adobe_Flash_Plugin_11.7.700.169_AddOn.cab
size=16.93 MB (17.754.158 bytes)
md5=DC96F899B75F0898D983B2FA52E505FD
[activeX cab]
filename=Adobe_Flash_activeX_11.7.700.169_AddOn.cab
size=16.29 MB (17.079.596 bytes)
md5=E1BA351F04ACC8B9390B5D013E31E3A8
Note:For SFX Installer just extract executables from cab archives
Both are tested as switcless installer and as Svcpack in nLite.
You can use my tool:"Adobe Flash and Shockwave silent installers and svcpack addons maker",
to directly create on your computer any of this addons/sfx's.

| It is just an 7z sfx archive that run "flash /s" after extraction. Unpack it and see inside. |

I never think there are any infected files from the makers here. Just sucks to wait for AVG to fix it..

| Is it possible to make the newest flash beta (2) into a silent installer? The new beta does not play with silent switches it seems, and I can't find any silent installer for this. I'd like to make a Firefox 3.6b1 and Flash beta2 package because that combination works best for me on Win 7. Thanks. |

@troubada
I have failed to find any silent switches/combination to run betas in silent mode.
According to flash_player_admin_guide both plugin and activex ( << betas) needs to work with /s or /silent
(see "EXE installation" chapter in pdf), but this is not true for this release. Also I cannot identify the installer type.

Can you double-check this info?
I think filename =Adobe_Flash_Plugin_10.0.42.34_AddOn.cab
After downloading, I got a different size and md5 as well, but everything seems to be working (nothing broken.)
I got:

You have right, filename/size/md5 do not match. Corrected. My apologies. |

This was posted in the Flash AIO thread but I will repeat it here.
Integrating this Addon using RVMi results in the following error during Windows install in VBox.
"Invalid argument or invalid use of argument '/s'"
The result is that the plugin is not installed. _________________ "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink." |

Yes, thanks. Your work is much appreciated.
I have downloaded the latest version of the plugin (10.1.53.64) twice now and my MD5 doesn't match that listed in post #1.
I get:
File: Adobe_Flash_Plugin_10.1.53.64_AddOn.cab
CRC-32: 666846fa
MD4: a18c68534552061e0189da0a5a65c89c
MD5: 9a561a879dbf3990be722b8b970ea881
SHA-1: 7d817d1e995ddadc3b188793785c15a5611cd649
Is anyone getting the MD5 in post 1? _________________ "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink." |
